True story…. I just have a moment to write this before I head off, but I really needed to share this with everyone.
On my lunch break today, I rushed home for a quick workout.
This is what I look like when I am a sweaty moster:
Can I just say how difficult it is to workout listening to stand up comedians on Pandora? Laughing builds abs, right?
377 calories in 28 minutes, Mama likey….
Second confession:
My snack today was a Southwest Airlines bag of pretzels and whipped cream with sugar sprinkles on top. Much more whipped cream than this was consumed. Having access to a full canister is dangerous business.
Life’s all about balance, right?
I don’t even want to talk about my experience with spray cans of whipped cream… well, just for a second… we’re talking wandering around the kitchen spraying it on everything “to see how it tastes.” ha.
I’m new to your blog, and I like it! Especially the post-workout pic. Keep it real 🙂
Meri
Ha, thanks Meri! FYI: That was actually a mid-workout pic, which (I recently learned) is very difficult to do, much more so than the post-workout pic.
Lucky for the world of sweaty face fans, I have a (somewhat) steady hand and a true dedication to Keeping it Real.
Life is definitely about balance 😉
life is all about balance 🙂 i love that you add sprinkles to your whipped cream!
Well, when you find two bottles of sprinkles in your purse you can think one of two thoughts:
1. I have a problem. A sugary, sprinkly problem.
2. Bring on the whipped cream, this snack’s getting Patriotic.
Clearly, we know which I chose.
What calorie counting/heart rate gadget do you use? it seems pretty wonderful.
Garmin FR60! It’s my favorite (read: only) workout partner! Rounding out my one (wo)man wolfpack.
Haha, it is definitely about balance, and those icing canisters, are dangerous!
Love whipped cream and Teddy Grams – those are my thing 🙂
Like homemade dunkaroos!!
Love the workout pic! Glad to know I’m not the only one who looks like that while working out 🙂
oh, don’t worry, I normally look like a supermodel while I get swoll…. that was just an off-day.
