The past two days, I’ve doubled up on my workouts.
Zumba + yoga on Tuesday had me feeling like this:
So Zen, so happy.
Zumba + Pilates yesterday had me feeling the burn in my thighs. But, at the time of the class, I was feeling long and lean and lovely. Like this:

Am I the only one that thinks all this equipment looks like some sort of crazy Fifty Shades kinda sex room?
However, this morning, I’m pretty sure my legs feel like this:
In case you’re not as interested in piping as I am, those are lead pipes.

I was feeling like a champ…. until I got outta bed this morning. Oy VAY!
definitely a sex room. no question about it. haha
I’m the queen of doubling up, it helps me work out different areas of the body plus I sleep like a baby on the days I do. Woot!

Yes! I have def doubled up on workouts. Twice, I worked out three times in one day – Once was needed and beneficial; the other made me long for a pillow, blanket, and 24 hours uninterrupted by life. Am happy to see you kickin’ it up a notch! Just don’t overdo it. Give those puppies a rest today 😉
